Dr. David Pritchard
Dr. David Pritchard is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and over 15 years of expertise in the design and development of underfloor heating and heat pump systems. With a deep technical understanding of thermal performance, material behaviour, and system integration, he has played a key role in advancing low-temperature heating technologies tailored for modern construction.
As Head of Product, David leads the development and implementation of heating solutions from concept through to full-scale manufacture. His work is focused on translating engineering design into robust, repeatable production processes — ensuring consistency, quality, and performance at scale. He works closely across design, manufacturing, and supply chain to integrate new products efficiently into production, reducing complexity while maintaining high technical standards.
Darren Trivett
Darren Trivett is an experienced engineer with a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering and an MBA, bringing 29 years of expertise in the underfloor heating industry. His career has been defined by a strong focus on product innovation, system performance, and delivering practical solutions for modern construction. Darren oversees product strategy, innovation, and technical direction, ensuring that every development aligns with the core principles of performance, simplicity, and value.
Over nearly three decades, Darren has developed and patented several innovations within the sector, contributing to improved installation methods, enhanced thermal performance, and more efficient system designs. His work has consistently pushed the boundaries of what underfloor heating can deliver, particularly in low-temperature and heat pump-driven environments.
